It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. The apartment (47 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about a 10-minute walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Kiel with spectacular view on the Baltic Sea

The accommodation, with two private rooms, is located in a listed building directly by the access road to the lock. Separate entrance with shower room, Bedroom (single bed), living room, no kitchen or cooking facilities. Apart from the seagulls and the sounds of the ships, it is very quiet. Restaurants and cafes are invitingly close by. The listed paving in the courtyard is not suitable for high heels or walking aids. In summer, the lakeside bathing establishment invites you for a swim nearby.

Rear courtyard house - Self check-in

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, it is very central, 10 min walk to the water, 5-minute walk to the beautiful Holtenauer Straße promenade with their numerous owners-operated shops! The flat has a terrace that gets the afternoon sun, a bathroom with a shower, a guest WC, and a small but very attractive designer kitchen! The apartment is located on the upper ground floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not quite accessible!

The south-facing terrace and the sunny garden belonging to the apartment invite you to have breakfast, barbecue, play and relax. A car parking lot is located on the property. If necessary, you are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden, but it is prohibited to smoke in the apartment!

You can easily take the bus to the city center (10-15 minutes). The nearest beach (Falkensteiner beach) is about 15 minutes away by car. It can also be easily reached by bus. The Kiel Inner Fjord is a 20-25 minute walk away.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiel. The quiet apartment building is located on a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern. Fully equipped kitchen, Internet and TV are available! A washing machine is in the basement.
