One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The "Sunnseitn Lodge Mountainsuite" holiday flat is located in Moos in Passeier/Moso in Passiria and offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 77 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. Furthermore, a private infrared sauna is at your disposal. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Waidacherhof-Wald is located in Prags/Braies in South Tyrol. Natural materials, rustic old wood, contrasting stone, cozy felt and loden are among the main components of the apartment. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
