Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Brooklyn

Mein 12 jähriger Sohn und ich haben eine tolle Zeit bei Waldemar verbracht und von dort aus NYC erkundet. Das Zimmer liegt gut angebunden an das Ubahn-System und an der nächsten Häuserecke befindet sich das ebenso tolle Frühstücks-Cafe "Choice", welches wir sehr geschätzt haben! Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief einwandfrei, vor Ort empfing uns Waldemars supernette Schwester Beverly und wir haben uns jederzeit sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig der Hinweis, dass das dem Zimmer zugehörige Bad an die Küche der Bewohner grenzt, den hätte ich mir noch gewünscht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Room is just as pictured. Neighborhood with a lot of corner stores and restaurants. Michael was very responsive and I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment has a chill yet sophisticated vibe — super comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and in a peaceful neighborhood with barely any noise. The natural light from the window beside the bed was a daily highlight — it made mornings feel warm and refreshing. Muhan keeps the place spotless — everything was clean, well-maintained, and clutter-free despite being fully stocked with what you’d need. Muhan was an amazing host — always responsive, kind, and great to talk to. I really enjoyed our end-of-day chats about how my day went in New York. The in-unit laundry and stocked kitchen made my stay so much easier, especially on days I just wanted to unwind. Since Muhan actually lives here, the apartment feels lived-in in the best way — welcoming, functional, and full of small comforts. It truly exceeded my expectations, even beyond what I imagined from the listing. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return when I’m back in New York.

L'appartement est très spacieux( N.B: escaliers à l'arrivée!) Il est situé dans une rue avec beaucoup de magasins, laveries, un grand parc et des bouches de métro. La plus proche étant Jefferson. La chambre est impeccable et confortable. Nous avons paisiblement dormis. Ronan est adorable et réactif. La salle de bain est commune mais nous n'avons jamais "fait la queue". Les choses sont fluides. Je conseille vivement. La calme du quartier fait du bien après une journée dans le buzz de Manhattan. Mes enfants et moi même avons adoré cette première fois à NY.

Nice spot for exploring E Williamsburg and other central spots of Brooklyn. Clean and other tenants in the apartment were quiet.

I enjoyed my stay at Casey's place. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. I didn't use the kitchen or living room, but they appeared to be very clean and well appointed. The location was very good for me. I like the East Village, and the F train is close by. I met both Casey and his roommate and they were very nice. I would definitely return if the opportunity came up.

It’s 420-friendly, which was a big plus for us — super laid-back and welcoming. My friend and I felt right at home and had everything we needed. I spent 3 nights here while visiting Staten Island unexpectedly for a family situation. The location was great, only 3 blocks to the best bakery on the Island (Royal Crown). The street was very quiet and felt safe. Lots of parking. The unit is a standalone (no shared walls), so it was very quiet. It was also very clean. I was up and out early each day and home late, so didn't get a chance to cook. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked and was clean. If you are looking for something small and basic, I would recommend it.

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Joseph and family were very welcoming. It was easy to find And Easy to park in the gated driveway. Definitely an extra perk to have your car parked there behind the gate. The courtyard is very nice with a glass table and chairs to enjoy. The Dog on the property was sleepy and nice! The basketball hoop and basketball for my son was great! The house was extremely clean! Very nice linens, lots of extra towels. The place definitely had everything we needed! Joseph was very patient and easy to communicate with, as we were super confused about the bus schedule and how to buy tickets, but he took lots of time to explain everything to us! The location is really great to get into New York City. The bus comes right outside the front of the house and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square! There’s a little shop you can see from the front of the house that you can get necessities and there is a great little Colombian restaurant near by so delicious!

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in! Defina! Was a phenomenal host, attended to every need! Was very responsive! And let’s not talk about the hospitality! We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday @ American Dream! She made sure we were accommodated well! Frigerator stocked! House well stocked with linens! Honesty is the key with her! Perfect location, charming place, amazing host. I would book this place again! It was super easy to catch the 126 into the city and all the restaurants were super close. Polly was an amazing host and was super responsive. The place was cute and has everything we needed.

Absolute Herzensempfehlung!!! Wir waren eine Woche bei Arnol und Ruben und haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Beide sind super freundlich, sehr aufgeschlossen und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt für einen selbst bestmöglich zu machen. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und das Zimmer super schön. Man hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und nochmal ein zusätzliches kleine Gästeklo. In der Gegend fühlt man sich sehr sicher und wird würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gibt es meiner Meinung nach nicht 🥰 vielen Dank euch beiden, dass ihr unseren Aufenthalt in New York so bereichert habt!

We really enjoyed our stay - it's an extremely spacious and comfortable suite, within easy reach of NYC, Hoboken etc and incredible views of Manhattan. Both Philip and Gio were very helpful and approachable - and provided a 5 Star service. Highly recommended.

Great hospitality and communication was excellent. View of the water and lots of space. Could also park right out front, vet accommodating and friendly.

Home like beautiful apartment nice location accessible to all .. city life style , responsive and respectful host , most importantly i was able to find parking visible from apartment windows , bed was very very comfortable, soft and fluffy, thank you and until next booking keep warm and cozy vibes
