Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kingston

We had a wonderful ti.e staying here. The house is beautiful and accommodated everyone. There is plenty to do in the area and was a nice central aarea to take in everything the island has to offer. We would love to sstay here again. Thank you so much for hhosting us!

The house was great and we were able to rent a both units of the duplex! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking large group meals and was close to town when we wanted to go out for food. Daniele was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

This house was a perfect place for our annual family gathering. There were 9 people from 16 to 83. The open space, first floor bedroom and bunk room were perfect for our group! Ciara was a great host!!

We had a great time! We are familiar with the area. The pics were exactly as it looked. Very clean and bright. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach for summer travelers! We would stay here again!

This place is such a gem! Great location if you want a little peace and quiet but also easy to get to Edgartown or OB for some fun, The property has an amazing yard where we played various sports, grilled and definitely enjoyed the hot tub! Inside is just as described in the listing. And the hosts were super communicative and helpful. Would definitely highly recommend!!

Just 5 min drive from the beach, was convenient and peaceful neighborhood

Two colleagues and I spent two days at Bryan’s place when we were in town for a conference. It was perfect for our needs; we could walk to the conference and dinner site, and return to peace and quietat the house. Originally, we were going to be a party of four, and the house would have worked equally well for all of us with 4 spacious bedrooms, a big kitchen, comfortable living room , and 2 luxurious bathrooms. Our hosts had all the kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom amenities we needed. I highly recommend this house and the hosts.

We enjoyed our stay so much. What a comfortable home for our family vacation in the area. Karen was welcoming and we were so appreciative of the fresh baked goods. Everything was set for our stay with enough linens for everyone. We ran into Karen a couple of times during our stay and always was delightful and open to help with any suggestions. We found the town quaint and what we needed from a bookstore to places to eat. Nice quick walk to the water for sunsets. Easy drive into Boston as well as up to Rockport and Gloucester. We even found it smooth to attend the 250 of Lexington and Concord. We loved our days starting with coffee and quiet comfort and relaxing in the evening around the table with our family for some games. Highly recommend this home! Thankful for our hosts!

The apartment is spacious, cute and well equipped. Sean was very responsive via email and text and flexible about the check-in time, which was helpful. The neighborhood is great and Sean provided useful recommendations in his guide.

This was going to be our second time staying at Anne’s beautiful Air BnB. Unfortunately issues at the building the day we were due to check in required Anne to cancel our stay. This is still an all five-star rating because Anne was fast to communicate the problem. She even contacted another host to put an alternative place on hold for us while we decided what to do. At each step of the way Anne was wonderfully responsive. While it was not an ideal situation, knowing Anne was available to take our calls and answer our questions while we worked to pivot took away the stress of losing your planned getaway spot. We decided not to stay at the alternative spot, but I commend Anne for having a place on hold. It allowed us to take the time to look and consider all options, which removed any and all frustration that could have easily colored the day and our weekend. We plan to return sometime in the future.

Erin's place is perfectly situated in downtown Plymouth. Restaurants and historical sites are within easy walking distance. Beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice deck and a backyard with a fire pit and unique birdhouses.. It was cold and rainy during our stay (which is as to be expected in April), but Plymouth had loads to do. We particularly liked the Cordage Museum (where we spent a few hours talking with locals) and Plymouth's (free entry) Art Museum. We were impressed by how many beach parks Plymouth has. We came to participate in a 5K race on the Grace rail trail and hopefully will be back again next year! Thanks, Erin and family!

Nice place to stay. Easy to find and was quiet and had all the essentials.

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Great cozy apartment style airbnb with an ocean view. This was very relaxing and convenient to walkable restaurants. We appreciate Ryan accommodating some of our requests too. Highly recommend.

We stayed here while we were attending a conference at the convention center and it was a great location! The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy walk to the conference and also to good local restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I've been to Newport many times on day trips, but never for an overnight. My partner had never been to Rhode Island, so I thought it would be fun to stay in downtown Newport and explore while also visiting with family in Providence. Pelham Court could not be more convenient. Perfectly located across from the waterfront, the property is safe, secure and convenient. A big plus is off-street parking. Our one-bedroom unit was awesome. Spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. Although we were in the middle of everything, we had peace and quiet. The Pelham Court team were awesome: responsive, friendly, helpful and ready to offer local insights, including when we just wanted to stay in and order pizza. I would highly recommend this as your Newport getaway that's close to everything. Great accommodations, great location, and great professional support.

Had a wonderful second stay at Steve’s lovely house! It was just as enjoyable this time around, plus a brand new renovated kitchen. Steve’s home is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable… it was really chilly in ptown while we were there, so we made great use of the fireplace. It’s a fantastic location, easy walking to everything. Steve is an excellent host, reaching out ahead of time with all the details and letting us check in early with our boys and our dog. Thanks again, Steve! Look forward to coming back soon.

Staying at Anil’s condo on the water was a little slice of heaven! It was just as depicted in the photos, but more charming in real life. We especially loved the art that adorned the walls and shelves, and being able to see the water from every vantage point (upstairs and downstairs) was magical. (And what a genius idea to make the kitchen backsplash a mirror, so even when you’re back is turned to the water, you can still see it :) Honestly being there off/pre-season made it even more special, as we felt like we had the neighborhood to ourselves, whilst there were still several great restaurants open for dining out. We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years, but this place topped the charts. We’ll be going back there in our minds for sure, and hopefully in real life, too!

Bright and cheerful modern unit with a beautifully appointed kitchen. Convenient parking right behind the house. FYI-Bus 120 picks up around the corner to go to the T station or it's a 15 minute walk to the Wood Island T blue line subway.

I've been going to Provincetown my whole life, mostly for day trips. My husband and I took a little weekend away and it was GREAT. Coziest, sweetest, best designed and located place to stay.

We had a great stay! It was exactly what we needed for our small family during the off season.
