The special accommodation has a combined living room/bedroom with double bed and a pull-out sofa bed (120 x 190 cm), so that 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children can be accommodated. The kitchen with dining table for 4 people has a gas stove and is fully equipped. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower tub and a separate daylight toilet.

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. Our apartment in an apartment building on the outskirts of Marburg-Wehrda (not directly in Marburg!) is the perfect base for exploring the university town. Ideal for business travelers: The property offers fast Internet access, easy check-in and a comfortable laptop workspace. You can reach the city center of Marburg and the main train station in about 10 minutes by car or comfortably by bus; the nearest bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away.

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burgwald and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful trips to Marburg or the nearby Edersee from here. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bicycles or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.
