Business stays in the greater Ludwigsburg or Heilbronn area are also possible due to the good transport connections.

The basement flat is right next to us in the detached house and has its own entrance, which can be accessed from the garden. The apartment is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you're as excited as we are about a view of the garden and the clucking of 3 chickens, then you've come to the right place. Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

HIKE 🥾 Hike right outside the front door. Many hiking trails lead along the Niedernberg. BIKE🚴‍♀️ Ring the bike right outside the front door. Very close to the Enzradweg and the Neckartalradweg. You can conveniently charge your e-bike in the garage; there is also a small workshop with a bike repair stand. WINE🍇 Located right at the foot of the vineyard, a wide variety of events can be reached on foot.

Oldest house in Marbach – Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
