Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

I rent my small, lovingly furnished holiday home to all who like to enjoy the quiet nature and the summer by the lake. Located directly above the Ibra reservoir in Hessen (100 m as the crow flies) there is plenty of space for hours together, a beautiful terrace and garden for barbecues and chilling. On foot you are in 2 minutes by the lake, in a maximum of 5 minutes on the beach or at the water ski or wakeboarding facility. An open fireplace for homely hours is waiting for you.

Welcome to our quiet, friendly apartment near the forest and field. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer and a workplace. Its central location in the heart of Germany makes it ideal for transit; the A7/A5 motorway is just 10 minutes away. There are numerous cycle and hiking trails in the area. The Sassen/Richthof co-habitation community is located approximately 7 minutes away by car. Groceries in Schlitz or Niederaula can be reached in 10 minutes.

(No high electricity costs) Firewood for this must be brought along or can be booked with our house gardener incl. Delivery to the house can be booked for €40. Bed linen cover (standard size) must be brought along or can be booked with our property manager for €15.00 including towels. Electricity is calculated according to usage. 55ct/kwh.

When the window is open, street noise can be heard.
