We had an exceptional 46-nights stay at this property! From the moment we booked, Super Host Patchaya’s communication was prompt, friendly, and truly helpful. The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could need for a comfortable long stay. What really stood out was the host’s genuine care for the guest. It’s clear they take immense pride in offering a five-star stay. All of the staffs in the resort were absolutely friendly and helpful. Safe area with security around the premises, reliable mailroom, highly maintained fitness center, sauna, steam room, hydro-therapy room, and huge pool. I highly recommend this Super Host for anyone looking for a seamless and memorable Airbnb experience. We can’t wait to return!

Well what can I say this place is amazing for the price. As a digital nomad having the perfect balance between work and fun is extremely important to me. This place is perfect just for that. It’s not in the heart of the main activity;) but it’s close enough to it. Having the 7/11 downstairs by lobby is an extra in my book. Nice and modern place with quiet neighbors. Wash n dryer in the building is perfect for a long term stay. The internet is decent you’ll get about 35 or 40 mbps. So if you need more get yourself a 2nd phone use that a hotspot. Other than no complaints at all these. 10 out of 10 I would recommend. Also the host is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So if you need anything he’ll help you out. Theirs a market right around the corner from the building I’d recommend checking that out if you stay here.

A superb location, right next to the Marriott Rayong, and on the Wang Kaew beach. Picture perfect surroundings. Great for a vacation with solitude. Pierre was fantastic with his communication, let us in himself and gave helpful instructions. A lovely stay indeed.

Fantastic place to stay at, everything is as described in the description perfectly. Host is superb, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Only thing I could wish for, is a more comfortable and softer sofa, but at this price I can't complain at all. Even has a work desk for me to work on my laptop 😊

The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. The villa is in a beautiful location. Fantastic house with lots of space for all 6 of us. Everything worked perfectly and we had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I’d love to see is the restaurant/cafe by the swimming pool open in the daytime so we didn’t have to cook or go out for food at lunchtime. I appreciate that this is seasonal however and they were renovating the pool area. It didn’t spoil our stay however as we had the pool to ourselves most days and it was so clean and warm. We will def return to this villa in the future. Thank you

nice get away from the busy part of Pattaya, security 24/7, 7/11’s all around.

The room was so outstanding, but the pool wasn't bigger than the picture, and there were a lot of things that weren't operated (slide, fountain?) There is a heated pool, so it was good to use it when it's cold. The room and host were so perfect

I spent 22 days in this apartment it was perfect. You have the shopping center 2 min away the rooftop pool a gym. Perfect for one person I didn't try as a couple but I think it's fine too! Small important point I advise you to have a scooter or a car because otherwise you have to walk 30 minutes to go to the beach! Thanks to the host who answered my questions! I would recommend this place and this city.

Nice place with kitchen, two bedrooms, and A/C in every room with Netflix on the TV. Nice bakery downstairs and right next to the beach. The only downside is that it is isolated. If you don't have a car, it's hard to get around and there isn't much in the neighborhood.
