Die Elbe und der Deich sind in 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier erwartet dich ein richtiger Strand und einen leckeren Snack und passende Erfrischung gibt es hier im Sommer. Auch Hamburg erreichst du in 30 Minuten. In ca. 3 Km. Entfernung ist die Horster Bahnhaltestelle. Hier ist ein Parkplatz und Fahrradstellplätze.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the top floor of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Hamburg. I live on the ground floor. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away. By bus and train or by car, you can reach Hamburg in about 40 minutes. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen-living room and a spacious hallway. Stable fiber optic network is available.

At the end of a short cul-de-sac, lies the house of the hosts of the small apartment, which has been built at right angles to the house. So I found the name "Swallow's Nest" just right for the small, cozy and quiet apartment. It can be reached via its own separate entrance at ground level from the carport parking lot. On sunny days, breakfast at the goldfish and water lily pond in a very specially landscaped garden.

For excursions, the coasts of the North Sea and Baltic Sea are just an hour away. We, your hosts, live in the adjoining house and will be happy to assist you. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Barmstedt city center, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and other shops. A swimming pool and a swimming lake are also within walking distance. The apartment is located on the first floor and is barrier-free. The apartment itself was refurbished and renovated in 2022. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower, sink and mirror.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 4 Familien Haus. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Er befindet sich mitten in der Innenstadt von Elmshorn. Außerdem erreicht man Hamburg mit der Bahn innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Man kann sein Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken.

The apartment is 20 square meters and we live right next door. On foot it takes about 25 minutes (1.7 km) to Quickborn train station. However, two bikes are also available to you free of charge.
