Das Ski- & Wandergebiet Spieljoch in Fügen ist in 5 Minuten und das Skigebiet Hochzillertal in Kaltenbach ist weniger in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Ebenso befindet sich die Erlebnistherme Fügen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für Wanderungen im Sommer stehen Ihnen viele Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung z.B. der Schleierwasserfall Haselbach. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.
