Lovely apartment in Ludwigshafen

Relax in this quiet and bright accommodation, approx. 40 square meters, on the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with toilet and bathtub is available. In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.

The lovingly maintained, cozy and spacious accommodation is located in the quiet Karl-Marx settlement in Worms and can accommodate 3-4 persons (1 double bed, 2 single beds, a sofa). The listing is particularly suitable as a holiday apartment for a small family/group. The city center of Wormser is only 6 km away and can be reached with a good connection (the next bus station is within 5 minutes walking distance). Piccolo appartamentino di 40 m² circa, accogliente e confortevole. Great for 2 people. It can accommodate up to 3, if it is a child, even 4. Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

Beautiful, modern apartment in the city centre of Worms

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. Modern loft style apartment

Small minimalist apartment overlooking the greenery. Very quiet and in an ideal location. Shopping, gas station as well as cycling and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. A large parking lot is right outside. The apartment is equipped with a very large, unique kitchen. The open construction with glass-metal wall gives the apartment a loft character. Bikes can be stored in the garden under cover.

Lovingly furnished old town apartment

More pictures are coming. I am still renovating ;) It is a new and lovely decorated apartment in the city centre of Worms. Its on the first floor and vís-a-vís is a stunning old monastery. Worms is located very central in a great area. You can go for a hiking trip in the Pfalz or see famous cities as Heidelberg and Frankfurt.
