Small studio (1 room, kitchen, small bathroom) for 2, with modern furnishings, private terrace + garden, NETFLIX, Amazon PRIME & Music, Amazon MUSIC, Alexa, free parking, free coffee & tea, all at the foot of the Reichsburg. The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

Das Haus wurde bis 2017 umfassend saniert. Ein Kleinod der Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so dass ein Hund es nicht alleine verlassen kann. Gerne erstellen wir Ihnen ein Angebot. Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2,20 € pro Nacht/Person ist zusätzlich zu entrichten.

Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
