There is an exit to the terrace overlooking the horse paddock and the forest in the background. There is a private entrance and access to cozy patio with spa. There are 1 km to Herfølge station which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge golf club.

The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live as a family consisting of mum, dad and two boys aged 7 and 8, as well as a curious dog. Welcome to our cosy and modern annexe in a quiet residential area in Solrød. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and relaxation, while staying close to both the lovely sandy beach and Copenhagen. The annex has its own entrance, its own parking space, a bathroom and a cosy living room, which is perfect for both weekend stays and longer stays. There is bed linen, towels, shampoo, etc., so you can travel light and simply enjoy your holiday. There is a well-equipped kitchen area with a fridge and sink.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located property that I rent out when I am in Ukraine or on holiday. The property is about 1 km away, within walking distance, from the station, from which it takes about 30 minutes by train directly to the centre of Copenhagen. The property is close to many shops and about 1.5 km from the beach. There are 2 single beds in the room on the first floor with 2 mattresses on the floor. This is the only room that can be used as a bedroom when renting.

A big garden surrounds the house with a playground. Only a 5 minute walk to a big forest. There is also a train station where the train can take you directly to Copenhagen city center in 42 minutes. Also located 15 minutes drive or 10 min by train to the beautiful old town of Køge and the beach.
