Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Er verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Tv, einer Küche, unter anderem mit Spülmaschine Herd mit Backofen und Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen Essbereich und ein Bad mit Dusche. Im Garten befindet sich eine Terrasse Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Bungalow. Die Endreinigung erfolgt über einen Dienstleister , Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht enthalten.
