Our house by the lake offers its own parking, air conditioning, terrace as well as private lake access with sandy beach and enough space for 4 people - private and in a top location for the Salzburg lake and mountain landscape as well as the festival city of Salzburg.

On the first floor, you enter the guest house in a spacious anteroom (open to the upper floor), which serves as a wardrobe. On the right hand is an extra bedroom with a small bathroom (shower and toilet). (bookable from 3 people!) A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor: a gallery anteroom leads to a bedroom; a bathroom; a toilet; a spacious kitchen with dining table and then into a spacious living room. Total size approx. 140 m² (Shared use of the swimming area is permitted)

Adventure Bavaria's BurgLoft dates back the 1540 and is in a cluster of some of the oldest houses in Oberaudorf. Don't worry though, during the Pandemic Lockdown, we have completely renovated the Guesthouse down to even the plumbing and heating, ITS ALL NEW! Its all updated and its ready to go. ***We are not a Party House, Please no JGA/Bachelor Parties***. A few cozy beers with friends and family is more the vibe of our street and style.
