No guests other than the guests who made the reservation are allowed in the apartment!!! Balcony facing the pedestrian street. We offer morning coffee/tea. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergents, bed linen and towels are included in the price. The railway station has a long-term parking space and a 2-hour disc parking space in front of the building. No pets. No Wi-Fi!

A winter-inhabitable cottage in Pyhtää on the shore of the Kymijoki River, about an hour's drive from Helsinki, completed in 2024. Downstairs there is a wood-fired sauna and a bathroom with a toilet, washing machine and shower. Downstairs there is also a living room and a modern kitchen with all the comforts. Next to the dining room is a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and a loft with a 140 cm wide mattress. If necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

This room is named after the successful racehorse rider Kyra Kyrklund. Kyra was the goddaughter of the previous hostess of the house, Anita. Kyra spent a lot of time in Soiniity as a child and found her love for horses in Soiniity. Once upon a time, Kyra had an accident with Soiniity's cold-blooded Irja mare; she fell off the horse and hurt her hand. The room has a lot of horse-themed items, such as the riding boots of the house owner's grandfather, Jaeger Colonel Bjarne Nordenswan.
