I rent my holiday home for €200/day. The apartment is suitable for couples, for example, for a romantic weekend. It is decorated in the spirit of my hobby, located on the 3rd floor and the house is very quiet. Glazed balcony overlooking the courtyard. Shaped supportive mattresses and pillows ensure good sleep. Well equipped: 77-inch TV, Wifi, washing machine, toaster, microwave, coffee and kettle, convection oven. Food and drinks can be ordered in advance to the apartment and placed in the refrigerator. If necessary, Kotka sightseeing can be arranged.

New cottage by the Kymijoki river

A winter-inhabitable cottage in Pyhtää on the shore of the Kymijoki River, about an hour's drive from Helsinki, completed in 2024. Downstairs there is a wood-fired sauna and a bathroom with a toilet, washing machine and shower. Downstairs there is also a living room and a modern kitchen with all the comforts. Next to the dining room is a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and a loft with a 140 cm wide mattress. If necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

Villa Vonkka - a magnificent island spot by the sea

Villa Vonkka in the eastern Gulf of Finland archipelago is a unique ensemble that can accommodate a larger group. The place is located at the southern end of the island on a very spacious plot with magnificent views in almost all directions and even to Suursaari! Here you will find swimming areas suitable for both children and adults, as well as places to relax both indoors and outdoors. There is a private boat transport to the island, about 10 minutes from the mainland. Enjoy the ice age smoothed rocks and the peace of the sea!

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

This room is named after the successful racehorse rider Kyra Kyrklund. Kyra was the goddaughter of the previous hostess of the house, Anita. Kyra spent a lot of time in Soiniity as a child and found her love for horses in Soiniity. Once upon a time, Kyra had an accident with Soiniity's cold-blooded Irja mare; she fell off the horse and hurt her hand. The room has a lot of horse-themed items, such as the riding boots of the house owner's grandfather, Jaeger Colonel Bjarne Nordenswan.
