Het huis ligt 30 meter van ons woonhuis vandaan. Het vakantiehuis met vloerverwarming is van alle gemakken voorzien. Met grote omheinde tuin op het zuiden. The cottage is for two adults or a couple with 1 child under 16 years old. Not suitable for three adults. Own parking space. Self check-in. The ceiling in the living room is low (190m). Because of the design with a lot of art, we call it an 'art cottage'. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Jura espresso, oyster knife and wine cooler. Free WIFI. Listen to the collection of classic Vinyl. Bathroom downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy the sea, the dunes and the peace.

This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Upstairs is a large bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with rain shower. The studio is suitable for 2 people and possibly a small child.

DE ZEVENKLAPPER, sleeping by the sea.

The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. Here you will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. After waking up in the morning in the box spring, you can bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Drink a cup of coffee on your own terrace in the morning sun. Jump under the rain shower and discover what Zeeland has to offer. Life is so beautiful.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Our vacation home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside of Koudekerke on the outskirts of 't Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It is enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. It is also wonderful to stay in our cottage in autumn and winter. After enjoying the beach, you can come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

Pets aren't allowed. 2 lovely box spring beds, private shower, toilet, TV, WiFi, fridge, coffee/tea and microwave.
