Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

BLISS am SEE

Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Cozy furnished 85 sqm large 3-room apartment on the lake with Wi-Fi. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed and large wardrobe. The living room with 65 inch SMART TV and integrated dining room forms a large room with access to the terrace and the beautiful garden for sole use with the open kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. It is about 200 m to Lake Constance and the lake park. The Kressbronn Landungssteg is about 700 m away.

Just the thing for a cozy weekend for two or alone in the middle of nature!! An extensive organic shop in the nearby farmhouse is always open for late arrivals. If you are looking for luxury in the traditional sense, the Bird's Nest is not the right place. The luxury of the bird's nest is the wonderful simplicity.
