We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Cozy and quiet studio apartment in a super central location, facing the inner courtyard for a peaceful stay. Just 10 minutes by metro to Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg Gate, with the metro station only 3 minutes away. The studio features a comfortable queen-size boxspring bed, a king-size loft bed, two large TVs, a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove), washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and blackout curtains. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Suitable for business travelers, couples and families with (small) children; additional pull-out bed available and extra bed for babies/toddlers possible. The modern kitchenette offers well-equipped facilities for cooking delicious dishes. A dishwasher and washer-dryer are also available.

This is a quiet 2-room apartment (66m²) for max. 4+2 people. The apartment is located in a typical Berliner “Gründerzeit”-house from 1873 and offers a large kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two rooms with loft beds. The friendly holiday apartment overlooks the house-owned garden, which can be entered from the same courtyard that also leads to the flat. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.

Renting my beautiful apartment on Alte Schönhauser Straße, while I am travelling. It’s on the first floor, the apartment has 100 sm, has two massive rooms, which are connected, a big kitchen and dining area, plus 2 bathrooms. It’s in the center of Berlin, a 1 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz and a 5 min walk to Hackescher Markt or Alexander Platz. The street is full of little shops, lovely restaurants and bars, but still quite and not too crowded.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sanierten Remise aus dem Jahr 1900 in Berlin. Das Haus lässt sich über das Vorderhaus an der Mittenwalderstrasse 8 erschließen und liegt im ruhigen Innenhof. Die ca. 17 qm große Studiowohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Küchenzeile ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausgestattet und und verfügt über eine entsprechende Grundausstattung. Das Bad ist separiert und mit einer Dusche (80x80 cm) ausgestattet.

There is an elevator in the building so you do not have to walk to the top. Of course you have your private bath room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is Wi-Fi. I also provide bed lines and towels.
