Beautiful place in Sørlandet's best archipelago in Paulen on Flekkerøy (about 15 min. from Kristiansand city center). Very good standard with bath/shower, TV, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and everything you could wish for in a cabin. Sun from morning to evening. Private parking lot. Leisure boat with engine can be brought. Flekkerøy has beautiful rocks, sandy beaches and great fishing opportunities. Here you will also find a shop, hiking trails, roller ski track and artificial grass courts. You can enjoy the sunrise, take a boat trip or swim from the jetty.

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

In spring, it is possible to spot the great auck, or at least hear the mating calls of the male. Here you can enjoy the view of the lake. Experience the total darkness of the forest or the starry sky without light pollution. Private ice bath tub, and wonderful nature experiences in the forest with a rich wildlife. A perfect place for both relaxation and adventure with Beverhytta as the closest neighbour.

Short distance to the store, about 15 min drive to Kristiansand.

With large window surfaces and high ceilings, the cabin opens up towards Trysfjorden and gives an airy feeling of space. It is built in Nordic style, with bright and open common areas that invite you to spend good days together. Here you live shielded and close to nature, with views and quiet surroundings that make it easy to relax. Best suited for families and adult couples. Outside, terraces, trampoline and hot tub (May–Oct) await, making the stay extra pleasant for both children and adults.

Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

We rent out our cozy, little lake cabin 😊 Walking distance to bathing areas, several beautiful beaches, Svaberg, nice hiking areas and cultural monuments (200m - 1km). Proximity to shop (2 km), Kristiansand City Centre with restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25 min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, divided into main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer as in winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.

Welcome to our holiday home in idyllic surroundings in Høvåg. Only a 20-minute drive from Dyreparken/Kristiansand. Cabin with annex is undisturbed at the end of a dead end, west facing and sunny on a plateau with great views. Private swimming area and rock with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Good hiking opportunities in the area. If you are going to Sørlandsbesøk or to the Zoo, this is an excellent option.
