The apartment is located by a river with good swimming and fishing opportunities. It's a great place for couples, solo travellers, families (with children) and large groups. A short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town of Lillesand and 15 minutes to cross-country skiing trails with several lengths during the ski season. The apartment is suitable for both summer and winter holidays.

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.
