Welcome to a great apartment in Gimlekollen in Kristiansand! This flat is part of our house, where we live with our children – aged 17 and 9. The house is located between the city center and the zoo in one of the finest areas of the city. Here you can enjoy views of the city, the sea and Vollevannet. The next beach, at Tretjønn, is only 5 min walking distance. There are many fantastic hiking opportunities in Jegersberg as well as opportunities for swimming, fishing, farm visits, etc. The perfect place for both winter and Easter holidays!

We would like to rent out this beautiful summer cottage. Here you have everything you need to have a lovely stay, whether it's a weekend or week(s). From June 13th to August 21st (the summer months), I want to rent out on a weekly basis. It is desirable to rent to someone who is tidy/clean, and is happy to take care of things, to say the least. A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.
