The apartment is 34 sqm, has a separate bedroom with a double bed, room for a baby bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. Here you can also enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi by agreement with the owner for DKK 350 per time.(private entrance) PS: Jacuzzi is not available during the period June 20-August. There is free parking right outside, and you are a short distance to great hiking opportunities and swimming areas.

The detached house is located 10 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes by car to Sørlandsparken/Dyreparken. With the city's best views, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises in summer and winter. Enjoy a cold winter day in a preheated outdoor jacuzzi, or in front of the fireplace (new in 2024). Enjoy sunbathing,boating,fishing, a tour in the forest,sauna or grill outside with the view of the lake .We have canoe and a boat available for use.Use of Hot tub must be requested beforehand at a mininal cost.Its a typical norwegian tub using wood to warm up the water which is pumped up from the lake to the tub. A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.
