Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Here you can also enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi by appointment with the owner for NOK 300.(private entrance) There is free parking right outside, and you are a short distance to great hiking opportunities and swimming areas.

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linens and towels are included in the price. We expect common decency and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
