Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. The apartment has one of the most beautiful balconies in the Middle Moselle. We also provide you with electric bikes to explore our beautiful landscape.

Small two-story vacation home. On the ground floor there is storage space for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living/dining area with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a spacious shower. To sleep, you go up the inner staircase to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded out into a full double bed.
