The holiday home "Up Besöök"was rebuilt in 2020 in the quaint town center of the Warfendorf Upleward. The house is equipped with a smart home system, which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting.The " Magnolie" apartment is on the ground floor ofthe house and offers very high qualityfurnishings. The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV.When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight ofthe apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna. So you can warm up in your private wellness oasisafter a winter walk in the cold season. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200)and one with two single beds (90x200). Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobeand extra large duvets (155x220). In the bedroom with a double bed, electrically adjustable slatted framesoffer the desired level of comfort.The bathroom in the Wildrose apartment has a walk-in shower, hairdryerand heated towel rail. The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. Holidays at Blumenstraße, next to 'Wattenmeer'

In a typical 'Ostfriesen' - house you rent an independant, cosy, flat, that is situated at Rysum, village near the North Sea (the UNESCO World heritage). Next to the kitchen, provided with everything you need, you find a comfortable, queen-sized bed for two and a bathroom with a large bathtube. It helps you to relax and feel good. If you are interested, a 3. person could rent an extra room with shower next to the flat. Please contact me beforehand (room and bicycles for a small fee!)

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

Beautiful, modern studio apartment in the heart of Esens

A cozy attic apartment awaits you in the heart of the small town of Esens, on the North Sea. Located directly at the foot of St. Magnus Church, it is only about 1 minute to the market square and pedestrian zone. The apartment was renovated in the summer of 2020 and has an open floor plan with modern furnishings and a huge roof terrace. A parking space is right outside the front door. You share the hallway with the commercial unit on the ground floor.

Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment "Ausguck" in Petersfehn. The apartment was completed in August 2018 and impresses with its cozy character in the attic. The modern maritime furnished apartment has two bedrooms. The apartment was newly renovated in September 2024. Outside there is a playground for holiday children in front of the house as well as in our courtyard on our shell bed a large table as well as a beach chair for our guests.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.
