Bright wooden house with fireplace, gallery, sauna & garden

Our eco-wooden house is located in the small town of Süderhastedt between the Kiel Canal and the North Sea. We ourselves live in Hamburg and have discovered this region away from the tourist hustle and bustle as an oasis of peace and a counterpoint to the big city. In the morning the rooster crows, in the evening the flames crackle in the fireplace and at night a heavenly peace under a clear starry sky. After the unfortunate fire of our cozy thatched cottage, we now have a light-flooded wooden house.

Welcome to our nice apartment in Schafstedt, near by the channel you will find silence, natural area and all the North German attractions. In the 51 m2 Apartment you will miss nothing. Large cottage in a beautiful location! The house is located on the forest overlooking the fields on the edge of a stud farm in Krumstedt, Dithmarschen, 9 km from the North East Sea Canal, 20 minutes drive from the North Sea in Meldorf. At the house, the large, covered, not visible terrace with lawn, sandpit, beach chair and great views offers plenty of space for relaxation. The garden is firmly fenced so that children and dogs can play carefree.

Feel at home in other rooms for a short time!

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

This apartment is the old classroom of a school over 100 years old. It has been completely renovated and the charm of bygone times has been preserved. The apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished for solo travelers, couples, families and also dog lovers. Quiet location, overlooking the garden and with a private, free parking space. The apartment is at ground level, with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Vacation in our "little house"

Our "little house" is decorated with a lot of love, just as we would also decorate a vacation home for ourselves. It is in the village, but quiet with views of horses & cows. You have your own garden that you can use for yourselves. The exterior facade is not quite finished yet, as the temperatures caught up with us, but in the house everything is ready for a relaxing vacation. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Nadja & Olaf
