Our eco-wooden house is located in the small town of Süderhastedt between the Kiel Canal and the North Sea. We ourselves live in Hamburg and have discovered this region away from the tourist hustle and bustle as an oasis of peace and a counterpoint to the big city. In the morning the rooster crows, in the evening the flames crackle in the fireplace and at night a heavenly peace under a clear starry sky. After the unfortunate fire of our cozy thatched cottage, we now have a light-flooded wooden house.

Sophie's Altstadtstübchen is a cozy apartment in the basement of a single-family home. Perfect for one person—with its own entrance, one bedroom, two walk-through rooms to get settled and feel right at home, as well as a small bathroom with a shower. A guest bed can be provided on request. The location is excellent: green, quiet, and very convenient to the market square and train station (600 m or 7 minutes on foot). The WKK and the FH are 1.9 km away. Also perfect starting point for bike tours.

Inge's small farm is suitable as a starting point for numerous excursions in the area. The Kiel Canal is just around the corner, the North Sea about half an hour and the Baltic Sea about an hour away by car. Hamburg and Kiel are also an hour away. The town of Pommesgabel is about 7 km away.
