Unser Blueberry Haus hat mit seinem Panoramablick einen ganz eigenen Stil - und doch verbindet es modernes Flair und das urige Berggefühl in einem. Willkommen im Haus im Moos. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich das große Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Kachelofen, großem Lounge- und dem Essbereich. Ebenso findest du hier die große Küche und eines der beiden Bäder mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette und Pissoir. Im OG sind die 4 Schlafzimmer, das zweite Bad mit Duschwanne u. das Gäste WC, sowie der große Balkon.

Features include a fully equipped kitchen (RENOVATION COMMING IN APRIL 2025), a living room with a dining table and a cozy sitting area with a sofa, a terrace, Wi-Fi throughout the house. Dog-friendly! We provide plenty of equipment for travelers with children! Located in a peaceful area near the forest, just a 10-minute walk to the village center. Ideal for hiking and biking trips. Lake Achensee is only a 20-minute drive away.

Kaiserlounge Harald Astner Ebbs

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntal cycle path, 100 m away from a cozy snack bar, 10 minutes away from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Kaiser Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered upon request. The city of Kufstein (train station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached by bike or city bus in 10 minutes. The large fenced garden invites you to play, barbecue and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.

This old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and modernized. Hundreds of years old wood meets modern elements. This place is therefore ideal for slowing down and relaxing. The property also offers many opportunities to do so, whether on the spacious lawn, on the veranda or on one of the terraces. You of course have various parking options for your car right by the house. The property is located in the village of Oberau, one of the four municipalities of Wildschönau.

Old "Totschenhäusl" on the Ziller

Time out in the original monument with modern comforts - right on the Ziller. If you've always wanted to know how people used to live in the Zillertal, then you can get an idea of it here: Much is original. We have only added a little comfort, so that you can, for example, take a warm shower without having to heat up beforehand... ;-) In our garden you can spend wonderful summer days, go shopping or eat right in the village and the ski resorts are also very close...

Many interesting activities await you off the slopes, too: ski touring, ice climbing, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing on the Gaisberg...

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. You can live well in 200 m2 of living space in Reith near Kitzbühel. With a secluded huge garden, large driveway in front of the door and a garage for car , bikes and everything else you need ... the golf course and swimming lake is around the corner and invites you to activities. An open fireplace and a tile stove ensures cozy evenings .

Alpine chalet with sauna and fantastic mountain views

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.
