Old wooden floorboards and tiles with underfloor heating in all rooms. Sauna! IN SUMMER: private road to the farm! Narrow steep forest road, but easily accessible by four-wheel drive. Parking in front of the house. WINTER: Access by snow on the private road directly to the farm is not possible! Parking (=ski bus stop!) 1.3 km away.

The gondola lift can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the central parking lot, the Brixental Cathedral and the Berglift train station are also very close. The apartment is small and fine and the ideal pole position in summer for biking, golfing and hiking. In winter, you are right at the lift. The ski bus stops very close to the accommodation. You can walk along the Ache to the village center in a few minutes and enjoy Tyrolean hospitality.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Alpine chalet with sauna and fantastic mountain views

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.
