In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Neue, moderne Ferienwohnung für 2-6 Personen mit herrlichem Berg- und Talblick von fast allen Fenstern! Die Skiregion Hochoetz ist 10min (gratis Skibus) und eine Rodelbahn 100m vom Haus entfernt. Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

Sie erwartet ein grandioser Ausblick in das wunderschöne Sellraintal. Das Apartment liegt zentral im Dorfzentrum und ist nur wenige Autominuten vom Skiort Kühtai entfernt, zudem ist eine direkte Busverbindung nach Kühtai vorhanden (1 Gehminute von der Unterkunft, gratis Busverbindung ab 2 Nächten). Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Apartment ist ebenfalls problemlos von Innsbruck aus möglich. Zudem liegt das Apartment inmitten eines beliebten Wander/Skitourengebietes.

Quietly located, bright garconniere with balcony

Friendly, bright, quiet studio apartment with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and Area47 are also close by. The property is located directly on the Inntal cycle path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the property, by train Innsbruck is approx. 35 minutes away.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

It has bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, floor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and Inn valley, both in summer and winter.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in comfort...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the large comfortable bed.

Everything Comfort apartment, No premium card is included in this apartment price Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf, etc. in approx. 15 min., ski resorts in about 25 min. by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house.
