Taiwanese, super recommended!! There is an elevator, super clean, don't hesitate to order if the price is as expected. The tablet to check in was really hard to use but didn't affect the stay, but because of the need to communicate in English, the elders who don't speak English may have to think about it; in fact, it's a simple step to enter a code or something. But because the person has an accent in English is difficult to understand, it will ask you to scan the lens of the passport to the machine, and it is difficult to focus, it is a little annoying. It is a room that is seriously operated, there is an elevator, unlike other bnbs, it feels like cleaning their own home and give people to stay ~ The cleanliness is really very high! Cleanliness 100, bath water pressure 200 (super strong) The room is divided into three sections (Dining table + bedroom) (kitchen + toilet) (Washing machine + bathroom) The area is big, adjusted a little bit, the two 30-inch suitcases are completely open was fine The supplies provided in the kitchen were fantastic and very clean, and it was a big difference from the previous bnbs! There was even a vacuum The pots have two very new ones, the induction cooktop is not a gas stove, small enough to be like a dish cloth, dish sponge, dishwashing detergent, utensils, plates, very clean and well presented. The fridge is big absolutely to get a lot of ice back at the supermarket in the side store. It seemed like there was a discount when I booked, about $1800, other dates seemed to be a bit more expensive, but the experience of everything was fantastic!!!If the price fits the budget, you can really hurry Very minor downsides The washing machine does not have a drying function, but there are clothes hangers next to it, and there is a self-service drying place within 10 minutes of walking Overall awesome!!

Loved this place! Was very sad to leave it. Stayed for a full month. Location is excellent. Close to the tram and buses and you can walk everywhere from there. Lots of shops and restaurants near by as well as the big shopping arcades, which was very handy when it was raining. The apartment is very functional, comfortable and well laid out. It had everything we needed and more. The large table and fast internet meant I could easily and comfortably work from the apartment when not sightseeing. I loved Kumamoto and this apartment made the experience even better. The host was very kind and helpful and responded to any queries we had very promptly. Would definitely stay there again. It was a wonderful home away from home.

I stayed at Makiko’s house with three friends, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The house looks exactly as described — cozy, clean, and full of charm. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful residential area and has a beautiful garden where two adorable dogs live. Don’t worry if you’re not a fan of animals — the dogs stay in a separate area and won’t enter your rooms, so you can relax comfortably. The location is also perfect — it’s just about a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to Kumamoto Castle and the city center. Kumamoto Castle is absolutely breathtaking — it’s massive, rich in history, and unlike anything you’ll see elsewhere. It’s definitely a must-visit spot if you’re in the area. Makiko is a wonderful host — incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and quick to respond to any questions. She made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. If I ever have the chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would definitely love to stay at Makiko’s house once more. Highly recomme
