Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowing boat are available during the stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

The house is located at the top of Hovenäset with a fantastic view over the sea, large balcony with sun from early morning to late afternoon and a glazed patio for the evening or protection from the sun. Many lovely hiking trails in the area. Fantastically nice surroundings and nature. Sotenäs Golf Course and several restaurants in the nearby area.

Villa Holmen offers quiet accommodation close to nature, ideal for families and for those seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. The house is child-friendly and situated in a secluded location close to a lake and natural surroundings. A boat is available to borrow at no extra cost during your stay (please let us know in advance). For fishing throughout the entire lake, we offer fishing permits for €50. Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
