There is also a fold-out sofa in the living room. Modern new kitchen with all cooking utensils. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet. And a separate guest toilet. It is located on the 2nd floor in the back of the building, very quiet view of the countryside with balcony ,parquet floor , high speed internet, Bluetooth speaker . Pets are not allowed Cleaning fees of €40.00 are to be paid in the apartment! A visitor's tax of €4.50 per person per day is to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

I would like to welcome you to my stylish and bright apartment on the 1st floor, in which I have put a lot of passion. There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed and a guest bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom - shower + bathtub, as well as a dining and work area. Please note : no kitchen . Kitchen is currently under construction. Coffee+tea is free. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee kettle, 2 baby travel cots including bed linen available.
