Half-timbered Tea House No.1 in the Maple Forest of Karuizawa

A house made of natural materials such as solid wood, plaster, and marble, nestled in the maple forest of Karuizawa, where the air is refreshing. It is a real half-timbered/Tudor house with 20 cm square wooden structural materials that can be seen from the outside. At an altitude of 1,100 m, you can enjoy a refreshing summer in the highland forests of Karuizawa, as well as a quiet, cold winter with heating throughout the house, high thermal insulation and airtightness, making it warm and comfortable indoors, and it can also be used as a base for touring the ski slopes. As a base for sightseeing in all seasons! 15-20 minutes by car to Togakushi, Iinuma, Kurohime, Madarao, and Myoko. In an area with famous powder snow ski resorts, you can easily enjoy winter sports in the winter. Well maintained! The private sauna is equipped with a Finnish wood-burning sauna stove.
