Monthly Rentals in Kutchan, Abuta District

Great location and cozy space for Niseko and other local resorts. The parking spot is in the garage below the unit so we never had to brush heaps of snow off of our car. Kutchan seemed to have a little bit of everything - decent restaurants and bars, a local 7/11 and a big grocery store all within walking distance.

Our recent stay in the house was wonderful and felt very much like home. The house was exceptionally well-supplied. The owner was thoughtful and provided welcoming gifts. We are very grateful to the host for their warm hospitality. We highly recommend this house.

This was just the location we needed for a spring break - quiet, spacious and well-equipped. The beds were cosy and the home warm and comfortable. We were able to hit the slopes a few days and the drying room was very useful. Driving out to the slopes, supermarket and cafes was easy but you definitely need a car to stay out here. It was beautiful watching the sunset from the living room over the forest even though most of the snow was melted. The space is very generous for 4 people to use. Communication with hosts was always good and check in and out very straight forward.

Rod and Bel are very nice. Smooth communication. Perfect place to stay. Easy check in and check out. The drying closet is very handy and effective. We got everything we need during our stay. Next time we travel to Niseko, we will stay here again.
