There is a golf simulator and a gym in the building, so you can easily enjoy exercising or practising golf during your stay. There is also free parking, making it convenient for those travelling by car. It is about 2 minutes by car to Makomanai Sekisui Heim Ice Arena, about 7 minutes by car to Moiwa Ski Resort, and about 20 minutes by car to the Jozankei Onsen area. It is an ideal location as a base for live shows, watching sports, skiing, and visiting hot springs.
