A stone house that stays cool day and night. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir valley. From the gîte, you can visit beautiful villages along the river via the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, and the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, so you can come and pick up your bread.

The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.
