Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all the amenities (incl. solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the private covered terrace with fencing, so dogs can safely loose. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Welcome! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who moved to the green heart of France in late 2020. We speak some French, also English and our mother tongue German. We invite you to discover the calm and charm of our new region, the Auvergne. In our house you will find a rustic vegetable garden, Vietnamese pigs and ancient chickens. Enjoy this stone house located in a 130-hectare estate with family or friends. You can take walks on foot in a relaxing setting and away from traffic, picnics outdoors as well as fishing (extra charge) on our 10 hectare pond. The accommodation is 2 minutes from the town of Gouzon (supermarket, pharmacy, Tuesday morning market, doctor...), 20 minutes from Guéret and 30 minutes from Montluçon via the N145.

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
