In a magical place in the green heart of France, this architecturally built villa is located in a picturesque valley on the edge of the river with plenty of privacy. The house is suitable for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a "bedstee" with each having its own bathroom. A lovely sitting area with wood-burning stove and a modern equipped kitchen. In the Bay of Saints, right by the water

With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all the amenities (incl. solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the private covered terrace with fencing, so dogs can safely loose. The swimming pool for our guests is located in a separate part of the garden. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

Gîte La Belle Vie - AIR CONDITIONING

This cozy, spacious accommodation (65m2) is perfect for a pleasant overnight stay. The gîte is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Outside, you can enjoy the sun terrace, overlooking the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes). If you want, you can use our well-stocked breakfast basket. Reservations are necessary. Cost €12.50 per person.

The studio is adjacent to our house. The independent entrance overlooks a separate plot of land from ours.
