8 minutes' walk from RER B Le Bourget (10 minutes from Gare du Nord), or 2 minutes from A1 highway access (9 minutes from Porte de la Chapelle... excluding traffic jams) I offer the independent studio of the house that we share with three people. The entrance to the studio is independent of that of the house, but the garden is shared. The studio has been refurbished and has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in the capital. Washing machine, wifi, TV with Netflix, air conditioning.

The cabin has almost all the comforts you could want: a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a living room, a sleeping area and 2 additional heaters.
