Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Dans notre maison située en plein cœur du bocage vendéen, venez profiter d’un grand espace extérieur non clôturé, parfait pour se détendre en famille ou entre amis, avec des jeux pour petits et grands. A 10 mn à pied, découvrez le Lac de la Vouraie, pour de jolies balades en pleine nature ou pour les amateurs de pêche. Vous aurez la possibilité de venir rencontrer les animaux de la maison . Large old farmhouse completely renovated in 2020/2021 that can accommodate 10 people. Large living rooms (living room 40 m2, kitchen-dining room 30 m2), 2 master bedrooms with shower rooms, 2 children's/teenager's bedrooms with 3 beds per bedroom and 1 large bathroom. The property is located on a 1000 m2 enclosed plot, itself surrounded by a 7000 m2 wooded plot. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Outdoor pool 4 m by 8 m. Sheets, towels for rent not included.

Bed linen and towels not provided but can be rented at 10 euros per person (1 set of sheets + 1 large and small towel). Wifi connection. Pets not allowed.
