Direct access to the pool/pergola area (secure and heated pool), according to the regulations to be signed (rules & schedules to be respected). The house is located on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of the Château de Tiffauges. We rent out part of our house, which we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail or mountain biking.

House full of charm and conviviality close to Puy-du Fou and Hellfest. This is my primary residence, fully renovated as a family last year before my transfer! It has 3 bedrooms, a closed courtyard often not mowed, to leave the flowers. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is a senseo coffee maker. No shutters, curtains. Close to the basilica, for waking up in grandeur (at the time of Mass).
