great place to travel with your whole family. The big rooms and the beds are very comfortable. Enough bathrooms for everyone! the only problem, I would have preferred to have a dining table.

Excellent place, would come back more than once. The only thing that maybe personally I would say can improve is having a more modern TV, but it's personal taste. Communication was good and helpful at all times, recommended

The place is clean and cozy. The photos are as is of the apartment. I would go back to the place. I could suggest adding a tv in the room.

The view and ocean breeze were phenomenal. Also very clean and modern. It’s noisy as the coast highway is right below. I honestly don’t think anywhere in Lima is queit though. 🤣

All correct, only the azotea where tmb offers shared space was of dust and was not available for use.

Viviana place is a great stay in Lima. Top floor protects from the street noise and provides a great city view. Very close to Miraflores area with lots of bars and restaurants. Recommended

Nice hosts who answered quickly, cozy apartment close to resturants. Also great staff in the building.

Very spacious, well equipped apartment with 3 bedrooms ideally suited for 5 people. Very conveniently located to reach Barranco, Miraflores, chorillos and beach with their own flair in about 30 minutes. The connection with the express bus "Metropolitana" to Lima is very good (bus station on foot about 10-15 min).... Barranco with its artistic ambiance, the partly simple (but original!!) but also exclusive restaurants,wonderful parks ... is a pearl and worth a vacation in itself We will be happy to come back in 2-3 years

I had an incredible stay at this BnB! The front desk staff was embracing and supportive from my arrival to departure, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The wide patio doors opened to a beautiful park view, letting in fresh air and the city’s energy. While the street noise took some adjusting, I grew to love waking up to Lima’s rhythm—morning traffic, yoga, Muay Thai, and the vibrancy of daily life. Thoughtful touches, like the aji pepper book, added cultural charm, and the kitchen and ample storage made it feel like home. The location is perfect—right between Miraflores and Barranco, making it easy to explore both by foot or quick Uber access. Whether from the patio, couch, or bed, this space offered comfort, culture, and connection to the city. I’m grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay again! the apartment is as indicated by the advertisement , margarita and her mom were very kind to me and my family, close to the place there are markets and the area is accessible.

Best place to stay in miraflores! It has the most amazing balcony. Huge with such amazing views. The living room and bedrooms all have amazing windows with the view too. We could not have been happier. It was a perfect location within an easy walk to everything too. We loved it.

It was a very good experience, the apartment is everything offered, in a very good location to access the gastronomic neighborhood!
