"Le Refuge des Hirondelles" Escape to this quiet accommodation in the countryside, located at the gates of the town of Château-Gontier sur Mayenne (3km), in the municipality of LA ROCHE-NEUVILLE . This restored old barn is next to our dwelling but totally independent. Mixing charm of the old and modern. The accommodation is in the heart of our farm, a tractor can be heard occasionally! Non-smoking accommodation/ Pets not allowed.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away.
