Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Souterraine

After several stays at Denis's, I still recommend this accommodation which is very clean and in a good location, very nice owner, I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

I stayed for 8 days at Latifa's apartment in Limoges, and everything was perfect! The welcome provided by his son was warm, he clearly provided me with all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped with all the essential utensils to feel at home. Its location, in a quiet residence with parking, close but not too close to the city center, was exactly what I expected. Latifa deserves her Superhost status, and I highly recommend her place without hesitation. A big thank you, Latifa!

Just one night passing by but clean, functional and well-equipped accommodation. Good bedding. Clean, modern bathroom. Amandine was able to welcome us despite her absence with all the details we needed (very appreciable self check-in). She was responsive and very kind. One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. Place is good. Beautiful a river flowing through property private fibre boat which is unique. Lots of things to do.

We had a great time at Christophe's house who was very responsive in communication. The location is ideal: close to the city center and the train station, making getting around very easy. The house is spacious, pleasant to live in and perfectly equipped! We were there for a weekend with friends, and found everything we needed. I recommend it without hesitating!

the Moulin du Petit Balabran is the perfect place to rest, disconnect and enjoy nature. it's a privilege to be able to enjoy such a beautiful setting! the house is well equipped, no TV or internet but beautiful walks to do around (the house of the Parc de la Brenne in Rosnay, Chateau Guillaume in Lignac, the restaurant "le Léon"...). arrival and departure independently, we did not meet the hosts but Celestine with whom we Communicated was very available, responsive, kind and good advice. I would recommend it without second thought and would happily return!

Very clean, extremely well-equipped and furnished spacious accommodation. Laurence was flexible with check-in and check-out times and is very easily reachable. There is nothing missing from this listing and the beds are made upon arrival. Everything is thought out and thoughtful to make you feel at home.

Great welcome from Adeline, the place was as described. We came to enjoy the nearby bike park and the location was great. Big plus for bikes: the covered barn to store and take care of the bikes. We will come back without hesitation!

A functional, well-equipped, tastefully decorated studio. The residence must be from the '70s but very clean and with an elevator! 10 minutes from the city center. Small downside for parking within the residence. No spots are dedicated...
