I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful structure.... The welcome was warm,with a attention to detail that immediately makes me feel at home. The accommodation is tastefully furnished, impeccable cleanliness, and the highest level of comfort. And then the real gem... the hot tub... we loved it! If you're looking for a place to feel pampered, this is the right one. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable experience!! Spacious house, it's actually bigger than it seems in the photos. Great roof terrace. On vacation with 2 teenagers in early March we were able to enjoy it. Simone is attentive and has good restaurant advice. Ideally located in the center with shops, bar, sea restaurant 5 min walk. And perfect for visiting Tuscany. Recommended!

The ideal place to unplug in search of some tranquility and relaxation. A place we recommend and where we will definitely be back!

Massimiliano's place is located on the picturesque Vagli lake. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the mountains and the lake. The house equipped with everything you need and was sparkling clean. The hosts were very friendly and committed to our well-being. Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back :-)!

We really enjoyed our stay in Forte dei Marmi. The location of Simone’s house is perfect. Very close to the center of Forte with lots of beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants. Also very close to the beach. Simone was very responsive when we needed assistance which was fantastic.

We stayed with Marco with our 3 children and it was super relaxing and especially because of the fantastic pool a particularly nice holiday. The house is very spacious, the garden is large. The area is very varied and beautiful, the location is great. The supermarket is within walking distance, the small village center very cozy and typical. You can drive 5 minutes to the beach. Marco is a very friendly and accommodating host.

Maria's home was stunning with beautiful flowers all around it. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. There is a gorgeous marble staircase to the bedrooms upstairs with another bedroom on the main floor. It was an easy drive to La Spezia to take the train to The Cinque Terre region. We enjoyed Pisa and Florence also. It was a great vacation for a family of 5.

Simone is a great host, friendly welcome, took us to the house, explained everything and was always available if there was a problem. The terrace overlooking the bay of La Spezia is spectacular, but this is the reason to book the house. The house itself is a bit outdated and you have to make a few compromises or in a positive sense, it is an older villa with special flair.

Here we feel right at home in Massa! Perfect place, beautiful, organized, has everything we need. Gilda's attention and care to details is stellar. Will always come back when visiting this region. Thank you so much for having us.

Polite, friendly and helpful host who offered flexible check-in and even offered to drive us to and from a restaurant when there was a storm! Very scenic location with free public beaches and mountains, cheap and good food around the town and a very clean and well-maintained property.

It was an adventurous and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful accomadation. We loved everything about it. The host was very helpful, the donkeys were very cute, the view was amazing, the interiour design was spot on, the dinner they prepared was delicious and communication with host was absolutely perfect! Thank you very much for having us!

We were a group of 10 including 3 under 15 and found Enrico’s place very roomy and easily able to accomodate us all. The bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were a more traditional Italian style but still comfy. The outdoor area was lovely and where we spent most of our time (as there was no indoor lounge area). Enrico was a gracious host and very responsive to any questions we had. Location wise, the house is easily walkable to the town centre (which is very quaint and picturesque) and to get on and off the autostrade. Would recommend staying here!
