Andrea was always available, he understood our needs on the fly, he was friendly with us and our dog, the garden is very well cared for, the comfortable house was very nice, we had a great time at ease

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Simone's house is in a beautiful place that you can enjoy from the terrace. It was tiled again at the time we were there, but due to the many plants in pots, it was still atmospheric. A lovely place to have breakfast in the sun. Please note that the restaurant is closed from Monday and Tuesday and that the other amenities are a short drive away.

Need we say more than the reviews already existing except that everything was perfect☺️? We had a great time in Cristina's place that met all our expectations: quiet, spacious, functional, very well equipped, impeccably clean, easy to access, secure etc... The availability of bicycles is a real plus as we did not use the car once to reach the train station or the center of Levanto daily. Add to that an extremely friendly, helpful host who made our arrival easy when we had been delayed by traffic jams and who was always good tips for finding good places. In short, in my opinion, Cristina deserved a Superhost distinction 👍 We can only recommend!

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

We had a wonderful stay with Michele and he is easily one of the best hosts we have ever had. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. He is extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is super charming and well-located for excursions into the Cinque Terre and the other towns and ports in the area. We can’t recommend this place strongly enough. Thank you, Michele, for an amazing stay!

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

We had a great time. Tim's house is very well placed to discover this area. The house is spacious, very nice with its large very clear stay and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful , well maintained and has a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are discreet. A beautiful place in the mountains. Not super easy to find but that’s expected for a hidden place like this. Silva is fast to communicate and the place is surrounded with amazing view

super reactive team and available at all time on the phone. convenient location (but up hill if you dont like to walk) flat is nicely furnished and clean clean, worked out exactly to what we needed

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a small hill in Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful, quiet and wooded setting. The accommodation is large enough and well equipped for a family with children. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue . Proximity to the spezzia to discover the 5 lands , just 25 min by car.

We had a great stay at Maria Rosa's house who was a delightful guest. From the very first contacts, she was very kind and proactive, and at the meeting she turned out to be a smiling and helpful person, ready to accommodate everything in the best way and to give us advice and directions. The house is large, tastefully furnished, very clean and tidy: it has various spaces that allow the entire group to gather - we were in 11- but also for each to find some privacy. The exterior, with the wisteria pergola, is also very pleasant. Everything was perfect for us:-)

Massimiliano and his wife were very kind. We had booked the house for the weekend of December 8th to spend outside, the house made us have a beautiful weekend

Fabio was a wonderful host! He met us at the train station in the evening after 8pm which was extremely helpful and kind and walked us the apartment which is only 3 minutes from the train station! He showed us places to go for breakfast and where to get groceries on our walk to the apartment and explained everything extremely thoroughly. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our stay. We said we wished we could have stayed longer! Fabio was extremely clear in instructions and very accommodating, he even heard our plans and gave us personalized advice for our stay and the length we had to be able to have the best experience in La Spezia. It was a lovely stay, we highly recommend this apartment and Fabio as a host!!

Great location, quiet, well equipped and clean. We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is simply fantastic – quiet yet easily accessible. The house is very well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. We would like to emphasize the warm outdoor shower, which was the absolute highlight for our children. We will be happy to come back!

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

Great stay at Veve's. We had done a roadtrip in Italy and our last stop was La Spezia and the Cinque Terre where we stayed 3 days at Veve's. The hosting was very warm by Veve's nice dad. The apartment is very cute and sufficient for a family with a small garden. The interior is very clean and very decorated like a Greek home. Veve had prepared for our arrival, and some very good coffee. Despite the 36 degrees the house is cool, the small garden is sublime for a coffee break and breakfast. Veve is very responsive and communicates a lot, I drank all her coffee and she didn't hesitate to bring more. Really very good stay, I will definitely be back.

We stayed a week at Lorenzo's place with our dog (be careful, wildlife everywhere). It is beatifully located in the forest, but close enough to nearby villages & good restaurants. We did some hiking & had 3 very rainy days, hence the fireplace was put to good use. The house is simple but comfortable. We were looking for some peace in nature & found it!
