The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

My accommodation is in the city center, close to the promenade, 200 mt from the departure of boats to 5 Terre and Portovenere and to the cruise terminal. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families with children or for three adults but it is possible to sleep also four persons : there are a double bed and a sofà bed for 2. I can offer to guests the ticket for free parking nearly the apartament. In La Spezia it is necessary to pay a tourist tax of 2,5 Euro for person and for night.
