Our cosy apartment with a balcony facing south is located right in the heart of El Medano. Only 50m to the villages main square (Plaza) and 100m to the beach and beach promenade. In the vicinity you will find a variety of nice cafés and good restaurants, shops and watersport possibilities. The South Airport is only a 10minutes drive away. Our apartment is ideal for couples, adventure and business travelers, for small families with a baby or a little child and of course for elder people.

Penthouse bow, in the best beach in Médano

Proa penthouse, is really special, located on the top floor and full of natural light. It has two large terraces: one of 15 m² with sea views and a smaller one that overlooks the Red Mountain and the beach of La Tejita. On the balcony of the bedroom you have views of Teide. We are in a development with beautiful pools, gardens and the beach of La Tejita at 300m. For your convenience we have a garage square inside the town.

They can accommodate 4 people and a baby, since it has a double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed and a cot.
