This peaceful and welcoming townhouse has everything you need for a pleasant stay with family, friends or colleagues. Upstairs there are three very cosy, air-conditioned bedrooms in the attic and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The house has a garage (max. vehicle length 4.40 m) and a garden with a 3x2x0.60 m above-ground swimming pool for the summer.

Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).
